Why does the plastic wrap roll make noise or feel a bit loose when I pull it from the dispenser?
We made the wooden dowel thicker than other products in the market to reduce movement, but you may still hear some sound when rolling the wrap. This is normal and won’t affect use.
Will Costco commercial-sized plastic wrap rolls fit in this box?
Yes. The box is designed for all large 12″ commercial-grade rolls, including Kirkland, Saran, Reynolds, Amazon Basics, Glad, Member’s Mark, and Wevac. It works with 3000 ft film, 1000 ft foil, and 150 ft heavy-duty vacuum bag rolls.
Does the cutter break or fall off easily like with some other wooden dispensers in the market?
No. The cutter fits securely into the slot simply remove the adhesive backing and place it firmly into the slot.
Plus, we include a spare cutter in case one ever breaks, so you’ll always have a backup.
Does the dispenser have paint on the inside?
No. We purposely leave the inside unpainted to keep it safe and suitable for holding food-grade plastic wrap.
Is the opening on top too big, making it easy for dirt to get inside?
No. The slot is carefully designed — large enough to pull the wrap out smoothly, but not so wide that dirt from the surroundings can easily fall in.
